Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  1. How do I place my order ?

Firstly, register yourself with us to receive our latest catalogue and price lists that are updated weekly and loads of other freebies. Once you have decided on the items that you are going to buy, simply write in to us and we’ll DO THE REST for you.
  2. How do I pay for my order?

You can pay us through a wire transfer into our bank account. All orders must be prepaid before it is sent. However, for security reasons, you also have the alternative to nominate a local WCA forwarding agent and pay the agent upfront before the shipment of your goods as the agent will not release the money to us until the goods has reached you. If not, they will refund you straight with no questions asked!! If you don’t know of any WCA agents near you, we can help you appoint one as WCA is our Corporate Partner. (Please feel free to write in to us if you require further clarification on the payment process). Please read more on our Terms and Conditions page.
  3. Do you offer bulk discounts ?

Of course! Start downloading the catalogues to find out which are the best buys and look out for our promotional items as well. Further discounts depends on how the order value is.
  4. Do you guarantee the Reptiles you sell ?

Yes ! Please check our Terms and Conditions Page.
  5. What are your shipping Terms ?

Please check our Terms and Conditions page. We do send out goods year round unless temperatures at your area are too extreme (20 degrees or lower/95 degrees or higher) and ensuring a safe delivery is just not possible.
  6. Are the Reptiles you offer Captive Bred/Hatched/Born?

Every single animal that is listed on this site is Captive Bred/Hatched/Born unless otherwise stated in their description.
  7. Can I just buy one item instead because I don’t have that much money or I just don’t need so many animals?

Of course you can! Please refer to ROTs page for further details on how you can maximise you own interest without additional expense.
  8. I’m new to Reptiles, what’s the best species to start with ?

There is no "best" species to start off with. The most important thing to ask yourself instead is have you done your research on the various possible options. Don’t be afraid to ask questions and don’t be afraid to ask for help when you need it. These are living creatures that are dependant on you for their survival. If you don’t have the means, space, time or energy to take care of them…then DON’T even think of keeping them.
